September 28, 2010: After doing some revisions, agent submitted RS proposal to editor.
October 4, 2010: Agent called and said editor loved proposal but wanted to talk about some revisions. Talked to editor.
October 14, 2010: Submitted revised synopsis to agent and then editor.
October 15, 2010: Spoke to editor; didn't quite get the synopsis right. Reworked ideas. Asked editor for feedback, which she gave.
October 27, 2010: Sent revised synopsis and pages to agent, who loved and sent to editor.
November 16, 2010: Submitted a proposal for Book 2 to agent in case editor could use it.
December 7, 2010: Editor loves my revision and plans to get second reads.
December 14, 2010: Editor said all reads came back great and plans to take to acquisitions committee in January.
January 12, 2011: Editor offered me a three-book contract writing romantic suspense for HQN! Yay!!!
